National Reports

The periodicity of the national reporting is every four years and in accordance with a format as established by the COP at its first meeting (decision SC-1/22).

The COP requested the Secretariat to develop an enhanced version of the electronic system for reporting and to update of the questionnaires for the second round of reporting, taking into consideration the requirements of the effectiveness evaluation of the Convention (decision SC-4/30).

The Secretariat has further updated the format to include the nine chemicals listed in Annexes A, B and C to the Convention as per decisions SC-4/10–SC-4/18 of the COP. The COP adopted the revised reporting format at its sixth meeting (decision SC-6/21),..

Third reporting (31 August 2014)

Each Party has been requested to submit its third national report to the Secretariat by 31 August 2014 for consideration by the COP at its seventh meeting ( COP decision SC-5/16). Please click here to access the Stockholm Convention Online Reporting System.

Second reporting (31 October 2010)

Each Party was requested to submit its second national report to the Secretariat by 31 October 2010 (COP decision SC-4/30). The deadline was extended to 31 July 2011.

First reporting (31 December 2006)

The COP requested each Party to submit their national reports by 31 December 2006 (decision SC-1/22). The deadline was extended to 31 July 2007. The reports submitted by Parties during the first reporting cycle can be accessed here.
