Parties and observers have been invited to provide comments on the July 2026 drafts of the following three BAT/BEP guidance:
- Guidance on BAT and BEP for the use of perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS), perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride (PFOSF), perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), long-chain perfluoro-carboxylic acids (long-chain PFCAs), their salts and related compounds listed under the Stockholm Convention;
- Guidance on BAT and BEP relevant to the short- and medium-chain chlorinated paraffins listed under the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants;
- Guidance on BAT and BEP relevant to UV-328 listed under the Stockholm Convention.
