The Fifth meeting of the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee (POPRC) was held from 12 to 16 October 2009 in Geneva, Switzerland.

The fifth meeting of the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee was held from 12 to 16 October 2009 at the Conference Centre Varembé (CCV) in Geneva.

The 31 Committee members gathered to review the chemicals proposed for listing in Annex A, B, and/or C of the Convention (hexabromocyclododecane, endosulfan, and short-chained chlorinated paraffins) and discuss other relevant issues.
