Second meeting of the Advisory Committee of the PCBs Elimination Network

The PCBs Elimination Network (PEN) was established by the fourth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to foster information exchange and networking among entities involved in the Environmentally Sound Management of PCBs. The work of the PEN is overseen by an Advisory Committee, comprised of various stakeholders. The second meeting of the Advisory Committee was held from 29 November to 1 December 2010 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
