The Subregional Francophone Workshop on enhancing effective participation in the work of the CRC & POPRC was held from 19 to 21 November 2013 in Dakar, Senegal.

Venue: Hôtel des Almadies, Dakar

Highlights: This meeting is kindly co-funded by the European Commission and the Government of Germany. The workshop is jointly organized by the Basel and Stockholm Convention Regional Centre in Dakar and the Secretariat of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions.
