Below is the application form for becoming a member of the PCBs Elimination Network (PEN). All stakeholders relevant to the management of PCBs are welcome to apply. Parties to the Stockholm Convention (Official Contact Points and National Focal Points) automatically become members of the PEN. Stakeholders include:
- Governments
- PCBs related service industry
- Holders of PCBs
- Intergovernmental Organizations (IGOs)
- Donor organizations
- International experts
- Nongovernmental Organizations (NGOs)
- Research institutions / academia
Please fill in the application form and send it to the Secretary of the PEN at pen@pops.int.
