The Regional capacity building workshop on BAT/BEP and ESM of POPs wastes and PCBs was held from 17 to 21 October 2010 in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The regional workshop on the practical use of the BAT/BEP guidelines and the ESM of POPs wastes and PCBs for Arabic-speaking countries was held in Kuwait City on 17-21 October 2010 in cooperation with the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), a Stockholm Convention Regional Centre.
Over 40 participants participated in the workshop including experts from governments, non-governmental organizations, academia/universities and private sector organizations from country Parties in Arabic-speaking countries, Iran (Islamic Republic of) and Turkey
